Jessica-I am a proud mama

My dear darling Jessica: When a mother is presented with her new baby after birth, she first counts its fingers and toes. The next thing she does is look to see who the baby looks like, mom or dad? But after that she can't help but skip ahead to wonder what is this child going to be. In seconds, her mind races to think of her as a teacher, a business woman, a mother and housewife. I was too new a christian to imagine above all, a Woman of God. I now know where I have failed my children in all of that. I didn't even know about having the faith to believe all that is possible with God. The church we were attending had alot of problems which robbed me of the christian growth I needed then. Financial problems threw me into the working world which stole away time to spend giving all of you biblical lessons on life. I depended on dad to do that. Please forgive me for my lack of wisdom. I know that I did give you all some things to take with you, but I thank God that Jessica, you have the spirit to want more and more. I also thank God for His Spirit that has gotten hold of you and blessed you with the hunger and thirst for more of His word and desire to dig deep into His promises and stand firm on them. I read your website this morning (as I do often) and I am a proud mama. Very proud of the way the Lord has raised you up to a level only He could. It is comforting to watch and see what the Lord can do. I have so much more to say but will end with this my darling daughter. You WILL soon be "a proud mama!" Much Love, Mom
